am i doing something wrong. it did not come with an instruction manual. mike no information on coby site. i cannot get it to play either omputor burned mp3 cd"s, or get usb"s to work. the radio and regular cd"s work fine.
I did play one MP3 cd I had just to test it and it played it fine. No more scratched CD's and fumbling around for them. I loaded an 8GB flash drive with about 2.5GB of MP3's and it's been playing on "random" mode ever since.
It's all about the USB playback. Great boombox. Get yourself one of these and a car stereo with a USB jack and become "CD Free" like me.
This arrived on my porch three days ago and I can't be happier. no one. Thanks.
No problems so far and it is a nice unit. But who buys this unit for that feature.
All in all, it is a surprisingly good value. The audio quality is definitely better for spoken word recordings than music, as anyone should expect. While always wary when buying low-priced electronics, this player has proven to be worth more than its low price. While not for audiophiles, it has proven itself amazingly reliable.
Very nice unit Works like a charm, however it tends to cut some songs off when changing tracks.
my son-in-law has been enjoying it ever since he has it in his office and he enjoys the mp3 connection. i purchased coby usb boombox as a xmas gift.
